QA Suite reads the ## Acceptance criteria section, numbered lines

Must pass the staging check: a host in STAGING_HOSTS, or a staging / stg label.

Held in memory for this run only. The suite only says {{secret:STAGING_PASSWORD}}; the value never reaches the suite, the log or run.json.

Runs are sequential for now: parallelism is accepted but every AC is checked one after another.
